Steve is the Head of Net Zero at Sharpe Pritchard LLP. Steve has extensive experience on regulated and net zero projects. He has acted for investors, utilities, government and innovative developers on all types of projects.

Steve works with Steve Cirell on the GreenSteves Project to support the public sector to deliver net zero. He also regularly supports schemes such as Net Zero Catapult to provide free advice on energy issues.

Luke is Sustainability Manager at GPE, where he leads on sustainability operations across the property portfolio.

His work spans energy reduction and decarbonisation planning, sustainable development and fit-out projects, social impact initiatives, and the integration of nature-based solutions. He also plays a key role in engaging the value chain to drive broader sustainability outcomes. Luke joined GPE in June 2024 and brings a strategic, hands-on approach to delivering environmental and social value across the built environment.

Oliver embarked on his sustainability journey by earning an MSc in Environmental Engineering, and later, an Open MBA in International Business. During this time, he supported UK businesses in establishing their presence in the ASEAN region, gaining valuable insights into cross-cultural business dynamics.
