District to establish legal services framework for procurement-related services
Harlow District Council is to set up a framework of legal advisers for the provision of various procurement-related services.

The local authority said it intended to appoint four legal advisers onto the framework, which is estimated to be worth up to £250,000 and expected to last until 11 October 2019.
“The highest scoring legal advisor shall be appointed to advise on the delivery of the ‘Core Services’ and a mini-competition shall be undertaken for each additional call-off contract that may be entered into,” it added.
The time limit for receipt of completed tenders is 12:00 on 18 September 2015.
