A housing association with more than 5,000 homes in Norfolk and north Suffolk is to appoint providers to a legal services contract worth an estimated £1.25m.

Broadland Housing has divided the agreement into two lots:

  • Housing Management (worth £700,000);
  • Development including Property Sales (worth £550,000).

The contract is for three years with an optional two-year extension period which will be exercised at the sole discretion of Broadland Housing.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 12:00 on 26 April.
