NW housing association to set up first legal services panel worth up to £2m
A Liverpool-headquartered housing association has given notice of its intention to set up its first legal services framework agreement, which it expects to be worth up to £650,000 per annum.

Plus Dane Housing, which has more than 13,500 homes in ownership across Merseyside and Cheshire, currently does not have any formal arrangements in place for provision of legal services.
It anticipates that the framework for legal services will be procured in late 2018.
Plus Dane Housing plans to split the framework into the following lots:
- Property (Existing property including disrepair).
- Development.
- Corporate.
- Banking and Finance.
- Housing Management.
The total value over the life of the agreement is estimated to be £2m.

£40,449 - £46,611 per annum (Career graded post – progression through the grade is subject to completing at least 5 years PQE)

£52,929 + £5,250 Market Forces Factor per annum

£53,482 plus generous benefits package + a £2,000 South East Allowance is available
