St Mungo Community Housing Association is to establish a legal services framework worth £1m over a four-year period.

The framework is comprised of the following lots:
1. Company and commercial law,
2. Housing/landlord and tenant law,
3a. Property and real estate law – conveyancing (acquisition and disposal)
3b. Development
3c. Commercial property
4. Legacies, wills and trusts
5. Employment law.
If successful, the framework will be re-procured every four years.
St Mungo’s is a charity and housing association working directly every day with people who are sleeping rough, in hostels and at risk of homelessness.
