One of the UK’s largest housing providers, London and Quadrant Housing Trust, is to procure £1m in legal services relating to potential high-value and/or complex corporate real estate transactions.

The services will include:

the provision of legal services related to potentially generally high value and/or complex corporate real estate transactions
the provision of legal services related specifically to the potential corporate acquisitions of two strategic land and/or housebuilding companies, and
the provision of legal services relating to alternative structures that would satisfy L&Q’s strategic ambitions.

The arrangements are expected to be in place for 36 months.
