The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) has appointed 12 law firms to a framework for the provision of prosecution and legal services worth an estimated £4m.

The firm will prosecute the various types of offences detected by DVSA Enforcement Officers that may justify such action through the court system.
The agency also undertakes special investigations that require specialist legal support, these are larger and more complex than the case-work described above.
