The successful firms were:
- Bermans.
- Devonshires.
- Forbes.
- Knights.
- MSB Solicitors.
- Trowers & Hamlins.
- Wilkin Chapman.
The firms were appointed through the legal services dynamic purchasing system put in place by Places for People Group.
The contracts were awarded on the basis of quality (weighting: 60) and cost (weighting: 40).
Ongo Homes provides 10,000 homes for people on social or affordable rent.
