Another local authority expresses interest in calling off legal services from Harlow special projects framework
A fifth local authority in Essex has expressed interest in calling off legal services from a £4m framework being set up by Harlow District Council to provide support for special projects.

Brentwood Borough Council has joined Tendring District Council, Maldon District Council and Chelmsford City Council in expressing interest in using the framework.
Harlow last month said it intends to appoint five legal advisors to provide support on an ad hoc basis to support and partner its in-house legal team.
The contract is due to start on 2 November 2020 and run until 1 November 2024.
The closing date is 10 August 2020.
