The largest social housing provider in North Wales has launched the procurement of a four-year legal services framework.

Adra, which looks after 6,300 homes, has divided the framework into the following lots:

Human resources and employment law.
Housing management.
Court representation.
Property matters.
Complex property matters.
Corporate governance and funding legal advice.

The contract will be awarded on the basis of quality (weighting: 40) and cost (weighting: 60).

The framework is expected to run until 4 November 2024.
