Welsh social landlord to procure legal services framework
The largest social housing provider in North Wales has launched the procurement of a four-year legal services framework.

Adra, which looks after 6,300 homes, has divided the framework into the following lots:
- Human resources and employment law.
- Housing management.
- Court representation.
- Property matters.
- Complex property matters.
- Corporate governance and funding legal advice.
The contract will be awarded on the basis of quality (weighting: 40) and cost (weighting: 60).
The framework is expected to run until 4 November 2024.
