Law firm DAC Beachcroft has been appointed to act for Network Rail, the owner and infrastructure manager for most of the railway networks in Great Britain, on its public and employer’s liability claims.

The appointment, which followed a competitive tender process, is on a sole supplier basis, for three years with effect from 1 September 2020.

DAC Beachcroft partner, John Goodman, who heads the firm’s public sector liability team and led the tender, said: "We are absolutely delighted to be appointed as sole supplier for Network Rail, to handle all its liability claims.
