The Welsh Language Commissioner is to set up a framework agreement for the provision of legal advice over four years.

The framework has been divided into the following lots:
- General Advice to the Commissioner.
- Representation in Proceedings and Barrister Services.
- Employment, Resources and Governance.
The award criteria are: capability in the Wesh Language (weighting: 100); personnel and capacity (weighting: 50); quality management and communication (weighting: 20); and price (weighting: 30).
The contract is expected to start on 1 April 2021 and run until 31 March 2025.
