A district council in Kent is to appoint a legal services provider to a contract worth up to £2.1m to advise on the development of a locally-led "garden town".

Folkestone and Hythe District Council intends that the Otterpool Park development will provide up to 10,000 homes, 9,000 jobs and eight primary schools. There will also be significant community, hotel, employment, retail, healthcare and leisure floorspace.

The legal services contract is expected to last for 84 months.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 6.00 pm on 29 July 2022.
