Hyde Housing to procure next barristers framework
Major social landlord Hyde Housing Association is to procure its next framework agreement for the supply of barrister services.
- Details
It said the agreement would be for the use primarily of The Hyde Group (Hyde) but also for the use of other public sector authorities.
The proposed duration of the framework is four years in line with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. “However, each member may enter in a call-off agreement under the framework agreement which can extend beyond this period.”
Hyde is one of the leading providers of affordable housing in London, the South East of England and neighbouring areas. It provides 50,000 homes for more than 100,000 people.
In 2017 Hyde appointed four barristers chambers – Cornerstone Barristers; Field Court Chambers; Five Paper Chambers and Arden Chambers – to its current framework.
The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 12 pm on 6 June 2023.
