Police force appoints council legal team and two law firms to £2m framework
Warwickshire Police has appointed Warwickshire Legal Services and two law firms to a legal services framework worth nearly £2m.

The law firms selected are Blake Morgan and Capsticks.
The contract is for an initial period of three years with an option to extend for up to a further two years.
The contract, which is estimated to be worth £1.95m excluding VAT, was awarded on the basis of quality (weighting: 65) and price (weighting 35).
The appointments were made through a one stage tender under the Public Contracts Regulations Light Touch Regime.
As a contract option (to be confirmed by variation) the agreement may also be used by the Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire.
