G15 social landlord to appoint legal services provider to advise development directorate
Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH), a member of the G15 group of the largest housing associations, is seeking a partner to deliver on the requirement for legal services for two teams within its development directorate.

MTVH said one lot would involve providing aftersales support, the other providing disposals and acquisition support.
The contract is estimated to be worth £930,000.
MTVH provides affordable housing for people living in London, the South East, East Midlands and East of England. It also offers a range of care and support services.
The closing date is 7 March 2024 (1pm). The contract start date is 1 May 2024 and the end date is 30 April 2027.
