London borough to establish £20m dynamic purchasing system for professional services including legal
The London Borough of Waltham Forest is to procure a dynamic purchasing system for the provision of specialist professional services including legal services.

The DPS is divided into 20 lots, the sixth of which is for legal services, and is estimated to be worth £20m. Other lots include governance and policy.
There will be no limit on the number of suppliers that may join the DPS for each lot.
It will be accessible for use by UK public sector bodies (and any future successor organisations) which includes central government departments and their arm’s length bodies and agencies, non departmental public bodies, NHS bodies and local authorities.
The DPS will be a ten-year contract plus an optional extension of up to five years.
