Devonshires hires housing management partner for Birmingham office

Hunkins has joined from Forbes Solicitors, where she spent a decade providing assistance to registered provider and local authority clients. She will be based in the Birmingham office.

Hunkins brings 18 years of experience to the team.

Devonshires said: “Her expertise spans across housing management, asset management, and complex litigation. Throughout her career, Justine has demonstrated a remarkable ability to lead and innovate.

“Justine was responsible for a team appointed as the sole provider of disrepair claims management services for a number of large registered providers. Her prior experience includes approximately eight years advising social housing tenants, further underscoring her comprehensive understanding of the sector.”
