Registered social landlord Cartrefi Conwy is to procure a legal services framework worth an estimated £4.2m over four years.

The agreement will be used by Cartrefi Conwy and all its subsidiaries, both current and future.
The agreement will also be accessible by other contracting authorities operating across Wales, primarily registered social landlords across North and Central Wales.
The 48-month contract has been divided into the following lots:
- Corporate & Funding
- HR and Employment
- Housing Management (including leaseholder support)
- Property, Land, and Development
The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 8 November 2024 (12 pm).
Cartrefi Conwy has 4,000 properties throughout the county of Conwy in North Wales.

£40,449 - £46,611 per annum (Career graded post – progression through the grade is subject to completing at least 5 years PQE)
Lawyer - Area FCRM and Planning Team
£41,617 per annum
Lawyer - Property
£41,771 - £47,181 per annum
Senior Lawyer - FCRM & Planning Team
£52,929 + £5,250 Market Forces Factor per annum
Police Misconduct & Vetting Solicitor
£53,482 plus generous benefits package + a £2,000 South East Allowance is available
