Comisiynydd y Gymraeg, the Welsh Language Commissioner, has appointed three law firms to a framework agreement for legal advice.

The framework was divided into the following lots:

General legal advice to the Commissioner
Representation in proceedings before the Welsh Language Tribunal, the County Court or the High Court, and barrister services
Employment, commercial and governance

The successful firms (appointed to all three lots) were:

Blake Morgan
Darwin Gray
Hugh James

The framework is due to last for four years.
