Torus, the North West’s largest affordable housing provider, is to procure a multi-lot framework agreement for the provision of legal services.

The framework has been divided into the following lots:

  1. Development and specialist property transactions
  2. Sales and routine property transactions
  3. Corporate and Finance
  4. Employment and HR
  5. Housing

The award criteria are quality (weighting: 60%) and cost (weighting: 40%).

The contract, which is estimated to be worth £6.48m, is expected to run from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2029, with a possible extension to 30 September 2033.

Torus has 40,000 homes in its portfolio.
