University to procure eight-year, £8m open framework agreement for legal services
Nottingham Trent University has said it intends to establish an open framework agreement for the provision of legal services estimated to be worth £8m over eight years.
The requirement will be divided into the following Lots:
- Lot 1a - Property (or Real Estate)
- Lot 1b – Construction
- Lot 2a - Human Resources (Ad-Hoc)
- Lot 2b - Human Resources (Retainer Service)
- Lot 3 - Dispute Resolution
- Lot 4 - Commercial and Corporate Services
- Lot 5 - Student Matters
- Lot 6 - Patent Management.
The contract is due to start on 2 March 2026 and run to 1 March 2029 (“framework one”), with a possible extension to 1 March 2034 (“framework two”).
