Police authority launches procurement of £3.98m legal services framework

The Scottish Police Authority has begun the procurement of a legal services framework worth an estimated £3.98m over four years.

The framework has been divided into the following lots:

Employment law and legal advice re HR matters.
General litigation and advice.
Advice and representation on complaints, conduct and disciplinary matters in respect of police officers and staff.
Inquiries and reviews.
Procurement advice.

The contract is due to last for 48 months.
