Welsh housing association to set up legal services framework agreement

Pontypridd-headquartered RCT Homes has divided the legal advisory work into a number of lots:

1. Corporate and governance.
2. Property and estates.
3. Construction, major projects, open spaces and environmental.
4. Employment and pensions.
5. Finance and insurance.
6. Procurement.
7. Intellectual property rights.
8. Social legal services for tenants.

RCT Homes said it envisaged a maximum of 15 participants in the framework.

The time limit for receipt of requests for documents or for accessing documents is 7 December 2012, while the time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 12 December.
