New housing association launches £600k legal services framework
A new housing association in the South West has launched a £600,000 framework agreement for legal services covering employment and housing management.

Plymouth Community Homes owns and manages more than 15,000 homes in the city.
It said the agreement would last four years, subject to an annual performance review, and involve a maximum number of five participants.
Expressions of interests are sought to cover:
- Employment law;
- Housing advice;
- Tenancy breaches, nuisance and anti-social behaviour (Possession proceedings and injunctions);
- Preserved Right to Buy and Right to Acquire;
- Disrepair claims;
- Contracts and agreements;
- Building health and safety;
- Commercial premises (shops).
The contract will be divided into lots.
