Housing association names four firms to £2.4m legal services framework

The housing association, which is based in Letchworth and has more than 9,000 homes under management, has selected:

• Buckles Solicitors;
• Prince Evans;
• Winckworth Sherwood;
• Wright Hassall.

The contract was awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender in terms of: Relationship Management (weighting 25); Service Levels (weighting 25); Schedule of Rates and Charges (weighting 25); and Social and Environmental Impact (weighting 25).
