Children law, Court of Protection and public law specialists among 24 Deputy High Court judges

They include Michael Jones KC of Deans Court Chambers, Deirdre Fottrell of 4PB, Sam Karim KC of Kings Chambers and Dan Squires KC of Matrix Chambers.

Philip Rainey KC, a property litigation specialist at Tanfield Chambers, has also been appointed to the role.

The appointments run from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2031.
