Bevan Brittan hires housing management partner

Bristol-based Bethan Gladwyn has more than 20 years of experience in social housing law and practice and specialises in residential landlord and tenant law.

She joins the business from Hugh James, where she led the housing management team.

Gladwyn advises local authorities and registered social landlords on anti-social behaviour, disrepair and broader housing management and tenancy enforcement work.

The firm said her appointment has come “at a very busy time” for its housing management team, which supports a wide range of social housing providers including housing associations, local authorities, supported housing specialists, NHS trusts and private care providers.
