Watford Borough Council has awarded a £100,000, one-year contract to two law firms to provide property law advice.

The contract covers property issues covering development and estate management for (1) Watford Business Park and (2) Croxley View, Ascot Road and surrounding area.

It has been awarded to Bond Dickinson and Ashfords.

The contract will start on 28 September 2015 and end on 30 September 2016.
