The book is a practical, hands-on guide to all parties involved in claims seeking protest injunctions. With a foreword from Lord Carnwath, it deals with all of the fundamental issues, including notice, service, interim injunctions, persons unknown, human rights and committal applications. Some of these issues are discussed in the webinar.

About the speakers
Katharine Holland KC (Chair) Katharine Holland KC is a property litigation Silk at Landmark Chambers. Katharine was appointed as King’s Counsel in 2010. Her practice encompasses all aspects of property litigation, related professional negligence, related insolvency litigation and commercial Chancery litigation. |
Myriam Stacey KC Myriam took silk in 2021 and has a broad property litigation practice covering all aspects of real property including development disputes and commercial and residential landlord and tenant. Yaaser Vanderman Yaaser is the author of the book Manual on Protest Injunctions: Practice, Procedure and Persons Unknown (foreword by Lord Carnwath). Yaaser’s practice covers public law and human rights, planning and environmental law, and protest law. He regularly appears at inquiries, the Tribunals, the High Court and Court of Appeal, and has been instructed in 8 Supreme Court cases since 2019. |
