Senior childcare barrister hire boosts family group at 42 Bedford Row

The Family Group at 42 Bedford Row has been strengthened with the arrival of senior barrister Marcia Hyde from Coram Chambers.

Hyde is a childcare specialist with almost 25 years’ experience at the family bar.

“She particularly specialises in serious & complex child abuse matters including those where there are issues of sexual abuse, non-accidental injury and the death of a child and acts on behalf of local authorities, parents, children’s guardians and extended family members in such cases,” 42 Bedford Row said.

“She also has a particular specialism in cases relating to contact with children in local authority care. She has a particular following among experienced children’s guardians.”
