Fay Birch, Senior Associate, Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Fay is a Senior Associate in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team with a wide breadth of expertise across a range of commercial disputes. She is adept at dealing with high-value and complex disputes with multi-jurisdictional elements.
Fay has been involved with matters including bringing and defending claims for breach of contract, negligence, commercial fraud and shareholder disputes. She also has experience working in insolvency matters and debt recovery.
Her cases often involve work before the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal, and she has also been involved in commercial arbitrations before the London Court of international Arbitration.
Avary Patutama, Associate, Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Avary is an Associate in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team. She assists on a wide range of matters involving litigation and dispute resolution, including in relation to contractual disputes and termination, debt recovery, defamation, fraud, judicial review and professional negligence.
Avary acts for a variety of clients including companies, high net worth individuals, public sector service providers and registered providers of social housing.
