A Scottish housing association has named three law firms to a legal services framework worth an estimated £840,000 over four years.

Langstane Housing Association said the panel would cover general legal work, contractual, procurement, construction, acquisitions and conveyancing (including shared ownership), court work, governance, regulation, financial management and charity matters and employment matters.
The successful firms were:
- Harper Macleod
- BTO Solicitors
- TC Young Solicitors
The contract was awarded on the basis of quality (weighting: 40) and price (weighting: 60).
Founded in 1977, Langstane Housing Association manages more than 2,880 properties throughout Aberdeen city, Aberdeenshire and Moray.
