Scottish housing association names two firms to £375k legal services framework
A housing association in the Scottish Borders has appointed two law firms to a legal services framework worth an estimated £375,000.
- Details
Eildon Housing Association divided the framework into the following lots:
- Procurement, Construction, Acquisitions and Property Conveyancing
- Housing and Estate Management which includes Factoring
- Governance, Financial Management and Charity
The successful firms were:
- Harper Macleod (lots 1 and 3).
- TC Young Solicitors (lot 2).
The contract was awarded on the basis of quality (weighting: 70%) and cost of service (weighting: 30%).
The framework will last from 2019 to 2024.
Lawyer - Area FCRM and Planning Team
£41,617 per annum
Senior Lawyer - FCRM & Planning Team
£52,929 + £5,250 Market Forces Factor per annum
Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
£40,449 - £46,611 per annum (Career graded post – progression through the grade is subject to completing at least 5 years PQE)
Police Misconduct & Vetting Solicitor
£53,482 plus generous benefits package + a £2,000 South East Allowance is available
Lawyer - Property
£41,771 - £47,181 per annum
