Scottish social landlords to procure £2.5m legal services framework

Four Glasgow-based social landlords are to procure a legal services framework worth an estimated £2.5m.

The four landlords are:

• Maryhill Housing Association
• Queens Cross Housing Association
• Ng Homes
• New Gorbals Housing Association

The contract has been divided into the following lots:

1. Employment Law.
2. Procurement, Construction & Acquisitions.
3. Housing Estate Management and Factoring.
4. Governance, Financial Management and Charity.
5. Property Conveyancing.

The contract is for 36 months with a possible extension for a further period of one year.
