- Procurement, Construction & Acquisitions.
- Housing Estate Management and Factoring.
- Governance, Financial Management and Charity.
- Property Conveyancing.
The contract is for 36 months with a possible extension for a further period of one year.
Lawyer - Property
£41,771 - £47,181 per annum
Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
£40,449 - £46,611 per annum (Career graded post – progression through the grade is subject to completing at least 5 years PQE)
Police Misconduct & Vetting Solicitor
£53,482 plus generous benefits package + a £2,000 South East Allowance is available
Senior Lawyer - FCRM & Planning Team
£52,929 + £5,250 Market Forces Factor per annum
Lawyer - Area FCRM and Planning Team
£41,617 per annum
