South Wales landlord fires gun on legal services framework

South Wales social landlord Pobl Group has launched the procurement of a four-year legal services framework.

The framework has been divided into the following lots:

1. Commercial Property Services
2. Housing Management
3. Residential Development and Construction
4. Employment
5. Corporate
6. Home Ownership

The framework is scheduled to last for 48 months.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 2 pm on 4 July 2022.

Pobl Group manages more than 11,500 homes.
