The framework was divided into five lots:

Land and development
Property sales
Housing and leasehold
Corporate - Finance, Procurement, Charity Law, Governance and Employment Law
Disrepair

The successful firms were:

The contract will run until 26 November 2027.

VIVID has 34,000 homes across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and West Sussex.
