Social landlord awards near £1m contract to firm to advise development directorate
Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing, a member of the National Housing Federation G15 that represents London’s largest housing associations, has appointed law firm Knights to a £930,000 contract advising its development directorate.
Knights will act as a legal services partner advising two teams in the directorate.
One lot is providing aftersales support, the other lot is providing disposals and acquisitions support.
The contract started on 11 September and runs until 30 April 2027.
