Social landlord Cartrefi Conwy has appointed Conwy County Borough Council and eight law firms to a legal services framework estimated to be worth £4.2m over 48 months.

The framework is divided into the following lots:

  3. Housing Management (including leaseholder support)
  4. Property, Land, and Development

The successful providers were:

  • Anthony Collins (lots 1, 2, 4)
  • Berry Smith (3)
  • Blake Morgan (3)
  • Capital Law (3)
  • Conwy County Borough Council (4)
  • Darwin Gray (1, 2, 4)
  • Devonshires (1, 2, 3, 4)
  • Hugh James (1, 2, 3, 4)
  • Trowers & Hamlins (1, 2)

Cartrefi Conwy said it would make the agreement accessible by other contracting authorities operating across Wales, primarily registered social landlords across North and Central Wales.

The social landlord has more than 4,000 properties throughout the county of Conwy in North Wales.
