A housing association in the South West has named six law firms to a legal services framework worth an estimated £2.2m over four years.

Plymouth Community Homes divided the framework into the following lots:

Governance.
Development.
Finance.
Procurement.
Housing.
Employment.

The successful firms were:

Capsticks (lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 6)
Devonshires (3)
Penningtons Manches (2)
Stephens & Scown (1, 5)
Tozers (5, 6)
Womble Bond Dickinson (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6)

Plymouth Community Homes has more than16,000 properties providing homes to over 35,000 people in Plymouth.
